SHIPPING

Orders are processed within 2/3 days of being placed and shipping is always free in Italy. For orders placed after 1.00 pm, processing time is calculated from the next working day. Shipments are made via GLS, DHL, Fedex, Bartolini or SDA courier. National shipments are delivered approximately in 1 working day and in 2 working days for islands or remote locations by selecting fast shipping, differently in 3/5 working days with standard shipping. International shipments are delivered approximately in 3-5 working days.

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items.
