EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To withdraw from the purchase you must communicate this intention no later than 14 days after receiving the purchased products. The communication must be made via email to info@danielemorena.com specifying the order number in the subject. In the communication you must specify the products purchased and the intention to withdraw from the purchase. Our Customer Care will respond via email giving authorization to return the goods, the return process will take place within 14 days. The refund will be issued on the same payment method used in the order phase. As required by current legislation, for products purchased on sale and/or on promotion the return will be issued exclusively via shopping voucher valid for 12 months.

Together with the sending of the will to withdraw, the Customer is required to send via express courier and at his own expense, within 14 days of the communication, the goods to our warehouses as they were received, i.e. absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and boxes), placing them in suitable packaging in order to guarantee their integrity during transport. For returns from non-EU countries, the sender must declare in the shipment an amount less than 90 dollars and indicate that it is a return of goods; any customs clearance costs will be deducted from the refund.

Failure to comply with these principles renders the right of withdrawal inapplicable. Within 14 days of receiving the official communication and the goods, DANIELE MORENA will refund. The only expense borne by the Customer, to exercise the right of withdrawal, is the shipping cost for transporting the goods to our headquarters and any customs charges always borne by the Customer.

The goods travel at the Customer's risk. Therefore, in the event of loss of the package, subject of the withdrawal, DANIELE MORENA will not be obliged to reimburse. In the event of damage to the goods during transport, DANIELE MORENA will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain the relevant reimbursement from the carrier. The product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal. DANIELE MORENA will not be liable in any way for damage, theft, loss that occurred during or in any case in dependence on the shipment for the return.

In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal in cases where DANIELE MORENA ascertains that:

– the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact;

– the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging;

– the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.);

– the product is missing the single-use seal.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, DANIELE MORENA will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the latter the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.

 

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

The communication must be made via email to info@danielemorena.com specifying the order number in the subject. The communication must specify the products purchased and the desire to replace them. Our Customer Care will respond via email authorizing the exchange of goods. The Customer is required to send the goods to our warehouses via express courier and at his own expense (to the address of the nearest warehouse, found on the delivery note attached to the package received), within 14 days of the communication, as they were received, i.e. absolutely new, unused, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (tags, envelopes and boxes), placing them in suitable packaging in order to guarantee their integrity during transport.

DANIELE MORENA allows you to change the purchased goods ONLY under the following conditions:

  • in case of defective goods (the item will be replaced with the same item ordered);
  • in case the wrong size was ordered (the replacement will be with the same item ordered in the new size indicated, valid only for non-sale products without any additional cost);

The following will not be accepted for exchange or return:

  • Items intended to come into contact with intimate parts (briefs, thongs, g-strings, bodysuits, coordinated sets, etc.);
  • Items that feature silicone parts such as transparent back bands or shoulder straps;
  • Items without original packaging which must also be in perfect condition;
  • Items worn or washed;
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the Customer;
  • Items returned cash on delivery or freight collect;
  • Sale/offer/promotion items;
  • Items that have had the attached tags removed;
  • Articles that have undergone modifications or interventions of any kind.

 

Customs duties:

For international shipments to non-EU countries, any customs charges – duties – are always the responsibility of the buyer. In the event of a return or exchange, any customs duties for the return of the shipment are always the responsibility of the Customer.
